I offer dynamic and energetic training programs designed for counsellors, hypnotherapists, and individuals within the community who wish to enhance their knowledge and confidence in dealing with various mental health situations. With Jo’s extensive expertise and experience as a trauma-informed counsellor, these trainings are informative, motivating, and empowering.

The field of mental health is rapidly evolving, and the demand for support continues to grow. Many individuals and groups are at a heightened risk of mental health challenges, and it is crucial that professionals and community members are equipped to provide effective assistance. My training programs focus on arming participants with the necessary skills to facilitate and manage mental health situations both within the community and in client settings.
