Meet Vanessa

When Vanessa joined our practice, she brought with her a passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and understood, especially when relationships feel like they’re falling apart.
She works with couples and families who are facing moments of rupture, where trust has been broken, emotions feel too big to hold, and connection with each other? That feels like a distant memory.
Vanessa is particularly skilled at supporting those who have felt invisible in their relationships, where painful patterns, betrayal, or emotional harm have left deep wounds. Whether it’s infidelity, control, or years of disconnection, she helps partners begin to name the hurt, express what’s been unsaid, and navigate the vulnerability of healing together.
Her approach isn’t about rushing to fix things or forcing forgiveness. It’s about slowing down to understand the fear, grief, and longing underneath the conflict, so that each person in the relationship feels truly seen and safe enough to show up fully.
With Vanessa, couples learn to speak with honesty and care, to listen with openness instead of defence, and to begin rebuilding trust in a way that honours their truth and respects each person.
It would be her honour to support you in reconnecting with each other in ways that feel right for you both.
