Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and Clinical Hypnotherapists
As a therapist, you show up with presence, empathy, and care for your clients, often holding space for some of the most vulnerable and complex human experiences. But who holds space for you?
Clinical supervision is more than a professional requirement. it’s a place to be supported, resourced, and real. A space to grow your confidence, explore your challenges, and deepen your practice in a way that feels grounded and authentic.
I’m a registered clinical supervisor with PACFA and GOAH, with a relationship that supports supervision requirements for members of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association. Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, I offer supervision that recognises both your clinical skill and your core beliefs and heart.
Supervision is a space to return to yourself. To be supported in the work you do, and be reminded that your presence is enough. If you’re ready to be held in a space that values reflection, growth, and deep care, I’d love to be a part of that with you.

Individual Supervision

A Supervision Space That Feels Like Home

My approach to supervision is anchored in the Rise Up model which is a reflective, strengths-based framework that encourages self-inquiry, care, and community. It supports you to:
This is a space where you can bring the hard moments, the small and big wins, the uncertainty, and the stretch, it’s all welcome here.

Group Supervision

Group supervision offers a beautiful space of shared reflection and support within a safe, professionally guided space. These groups are intentionally small, limited to four participants to allow time, depth, and connection.
My work draws on the humanistic-existential model and includes modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Parts Work (IFS) and Clinical Hypnotherapy
I offer two types of group supervision:
Combined Groups – These are open to both counsellors and clinical hypnotherapists. They offer a beautiful opportunity to learn across modalities and expand your insight through the lens of different approaches. There is a wonderful sharing of knowledge, wisdom and support.
Modality-Specific Groups – I also run separate groups for counsellors and clinical hypnotherapists. These spaces are ideal if you prefer working alongside peers with similar training or client focus.
In either format, group supervision includes:
Whether you’re here to meet your hours, grow your confidence, or feel less alone in the work, I want you to feel valued and an important part of the group.
